On the Grandstream template grandstream.ph.xml I found that Virtual Multi-Purpose Keys 1 & 2 are both assigned the same extension and name of the current user.
In the template options P1465 = P1467 and P1466 = P1468.
We use GXP2130 phones.

Is this a mistake or by design as some model(s) in the template require both to be set like that?

I have 4 GXP2160 and they both have 2 lines as well. Do your Grandstreams auto provision daily?

Hi J_Hermsen,
It's by design.
This is the Grandstream phones requirement - The first 2 line DSS keys must to be provisioned as a line keys (account) otherwise Attended Transfer is not possible on the Grandstream phones.
So, if the Grandstream phone is assigned to extension 100 - the first 2 DSS keys will be provisioned as a line keys of extension 100.

That makes sense..... How do you keep the phones from provisioning daily and overwriting the Physical key assignments?

Oke thanks for explaining.
I can see why it's there now.
