when i create extension on 3cx and phone (Grandstream gxp 1625) the telephone recieves the name and date and extension number and sip information but, the telphone is not receiving or calling any calls (account is not registered).
if i configured the phone locally as if it is in the same network of the 3cx , it works fine and i can call and recieve calls
and if configured the phone remote it can recieve the info only but account is not registred
