Users have reported that several group chats are disappearing and have had to be recreated. Under reporting> chat logs. Only the new group chats are showing up. Is there a way to recover the missing group chats?
When I spoke with the user who reported the issue this is what I was able to gather.

* did it warn about having a chat with the same name when creating the new one? : no
* only user with issue? : everyone and has happened a couple times
* error code when trying to view chat? : chat is completely gone
* started about 2 weeks ago >> chat logs show it was closer to the beginning of apr.

How do I prevent this from happening in the future?
