Here is a simple problem, may be who can resolve it. I have 3 extension groups - DEFAULT, HW Phones, SW Phones. In larger screen (3CXPhone v12, function - show presence information in larger screen) I see only 2 groups - DEFAULT and HW Phones, missing group SW Phones. Outside the lan registred 3CXPhone and in larger screen I see only 2 groups DEFAULT and SW Phones, missing HW Phones. Where i can see missing groups?
