I had renamed the defalut group to Everyone, created new groups for each department and added the users to the relevant groups.
however only some in each group show up.
I have deleted all of the groups apart from Everyone, if click to add it says no more available, yet in all the clients, web, pc, ,mobile it only shows 12 out of 21
Am i missing something, need to get this right before i scale up the system to 50 users
