Hello there
1- When we are on a GSM call, and someone call our extension we can talk to the person on 3cx app on the latest version, on the latest android version Samsung, once we finish the call and we want to go back to the GSM call it is blank that mean they can't hear us and we can't hear them.
2- When we are on a GSM Call, and someone call our extension and we don't want to take the call we divert it to voicemail, still we loose the communication on the GSM they can't hear us and we can't hear them.
3- when we are on a GSM Call, and someone call our extension and we leave it ringing on our ears till it will go automatically to our voicemail, when we go back to the GSM Call Same problem occur.
i remember back in the days the call was put on hold when we receive a 3cxc call and we are on GSM call.
