[Guest] Labels in Webinar (Classroom)

Hi, I am having difficulties with the fact that all participants at a Webinar (Classroom) only show as [Guest]. I cant find anywhere how to make sure participants have to fill out their name. When I invite them by adding their email address I cant add their names either.

Any help appreciated.

Hello, we're aware of this limitation, we'll improve this part.
As a solution, add your participants to your contacts. Then you can search them and add with name and email.

We are seeing same issue. It is necessary to have a list that relate name and email at partipants list or during webinar session. This info is useful because the organizer only see name during webinar session.

If two users register with same name or fake name it is impossible to identify each of them.

Your point makes absolute sense.
We're aware of this issue and it's something we'll be reviewing for an upcoming PBX/Webclient release.

Using 3CX Webinars for Wordpress also solves this issue. Once you have added this plugin to your Wordpress based website, users can subscribe to your public webinars directly from your website, entering name and email. Name will be correctly displayed in Webmeeting.
