GXP2010 phone & multiple incoming calls

I have a new PBX in Demo license key (full featured) mode using 10 Grandstream GXP2010 phones. I have setup all phones to ring when a call comes into the system. I pick up the first call fine, but when a second call comes in, my phone does not indicate the second incoming call. The other phones do ring as expected, though.

I have checked a forward rule, when busy, " I want to accept more than one call at the same time -- use Phone Status."

Is this feature setup on the phone (and what is it called?), or is this feature simply in the PBX?

BTW I do not want to use 3CX assist at this location, I want the phone to indicate a second incoming call.

Hi,
I think that you need to go to advanced settings and select ALLOWUSEBUSYOPTFORGROUP and set it to 1.

3CX version 9 allows extensions to be hidden from call assistant. Go to "other" tab and select "hide from call assistant".
