GXP2140 don't run with Fanvil I20S, APP 3CX run fine with Fanvil I20S

Hello,
I have this problem. 3CX is in 3CX cloud, the customer have 2 Fanvil I20S, Grandstream GXP2140 and him use also APP on smartphone. The system run fine, but when the customer want open door with I20S and push * run fine on APP for smartphone but don't open with GXP2140 (he push * on GXP2140). I think who DTMF tone of GXP2140 is not correct but GXP2140 is configured by 3CX. Which can be the problem?

I configured IP phone, I20S and SBC exactaly how wrote on guides.
3CX Version is 16.0.8.9
O.S. is of the server in cloud 3CX
Grandstream GXP2140 with firmware 10.1.11.35
Fanvil I20S with firmware 2.8.1.6984
Trunk provider is certified and is Clouditalia
Firewall checked passed: Yes
Are custom Phone Template being used: No

Ok that sounds good but let's look at the specifics:

- Where did you set * in the i20 ?

- See Note 2 below, the passcode should be your extension PIN which cannot be a *

that the Fanvil door phones have 3 different types of passcodes: one when you call it, one when it calls you, and one for the keypad. So depending on the direction of the call, the passcode can be different
