I am from United Arab Emirates, we have a mediatrix c711 device which outputs 3 FXS line.
I bought GXW4104 to use with my 3cx instance. Connected mediatrix(FXS) to GXW4104(FXO). Now the problem is when i call outside numbers example my cell phone. I hear the ringback tone on the IPPhone for long time, but cell phone not ringing. And when cellphone starts ring, the IP phones shows like the call is answered(No sound, with call time counter).

I tried to set call progress tones with inbuilt analyzer. Still the same.

Thanks, Please help.

This , I can understand as most PSTN gateways will consider the call answered after they pass the DTMF digits out on the phone line. To get answer supervision when the call is actually answered, requires that your provider is capable of sending a current reversal (most don't do this, or charge extra), upon answer AND that you have configured the gateway to recognise this.

As far as the delay issue. First check the 3CX Activity Log, to see if calls are being passed to the gateway in a timely manner (no delay in doing that). If the delay is not occurring in 3CX, then it is in the gateway. Is the gateway only configured to use 3 lines, not 4? Have you confirmed, using a standard phone, that all 3 lines are working, to the inputs on the gateway? If you use a phone connected to the mediatrix c711, is there any delay when calling?

How long is the delay before outside calls begin to ring? I assume this is the same, whether you call a landline, or a mobile?

Thanks for the support,
I replaced panasonic tes-824 with 3cx+GXW4104. Its working perfect on Panasonic.
