My Calls are getting blocked by administrator,

Call from [28510] to [01191981028700] has been rejected by the 3CX Country Blocking Feature [01191]. Reason: 01191981028700 contains Prefix 01191. Calls to 01191 are not allowed by system. Resolution: To allow this call access the Admin Console, Advanced, Allowed Country Codes and enable the country or continent that matches this prefix. this option is not avaiable under my admin console

seem you are using hosted version.. advance features are not part of this basic/free version.

Where are you calling? I would expect an international number to start with 00 or +, can you see if you are dialing the number properly?
