Please verify call routing settings. | Warning | Call loops are very dangerous and can turn into very expensive CPU usage race conditions. 3CX has sensors to detect these loops and stop them immediately. In most cases loops are caused by very bad configuration. Check the call flow from the starting point and trace hop by hop. If the flow is too complex, please simplify the configuration (delete any forwarding rules, status checks and remove all hops) and start rebuilding the call flow slowly testing each part as you add another hop or condition. |
