Hi,
until this morning we had 25 simultaneous cameras in a web meeting, but this afternoon there can be only 16.

Has this limit changed? is this an issue related to the zone-c web meeting updates?

"2020/10/14 | zone-c WebMeeting Updates

Wednesday October 14, 2020

2020/10/14 | Zone-C (BeNeLux, Italy, Russia, Eastern Europe) platform updates will take place. The scope of the updates are to provide a smoother meeting experience for large meetings with multiple videos and audio streams enabled. The upgrade will take place over the day today Wednesday 13'th of October. Some users are expected to be disconnected from ongoing meetings. The upgrade is planned to take place during times of the day where the least disruption will be caused. WebMeeting will continue to be available at all times and users should reconnect to their meetings if they experience a disconnect during the upgrade."

Check what server your meeting is running on. If it's in the same region, then it is possible.

The same problem. No changelog, only "The scope of the updates are to provide a smoother meeting experience for large meetings with multiple videos and audio streams enabled". Great, 3cx!

Hi all,

For now you can have up to 16 video participants, 50 audio audio participants, then any one else joining after that will only be a spectator.

What is the reason for this?
