Hazardous recent calls list name display

Hello,

I have a strange behavior from 3CX Android App.

When I receive a call, 3CX App show me my contact's name (from Android Phone Book sync with O365).
Then, I hang up and I go in the recent calls tab ... I don't see the contact's name but my own extension name ; like 3CX app loose the link between the caller number and the name found in my phone contact list.

More strange ... my contacts (Android & 3CX Extension) are sync with my O365 account ... so, when I receive a call I see the contact's name on my Android and on my Yealink phone too ...
If I take the call on the Yealink ... the recent calls keeps the good name !!! on 3cx webclient, Yealink AND 3CX android app !!

The problem seems to be only if I pick up the call from the 3CX app

Outgoing calls and "not answer" calls are ok too (I see the good contact's name)


A screenshoot .... you can see "BI" first letters of the contact who call me ... replace by my name Fabien R... in rencent calls

thanks for your feedback.
Not sure if I understood correctly. Do you have M365 contacts syncronized on your Local Android device? or Via PBX?

If on your Local Android device, we have tried to replicate it and shows the correct caller id, in your case the name that belongs to initials BI

Could you also provide me in Private Message the app's verbose logs in order to understand what's going on and help you out with your issue?

1. Enable Verbose Logs: “Android App Settings (top left hamburger menu) > Settings > Advanced > Troubleshooting > Enable verbose logging”.
2. Reproduce the issue and “Send log report”: Android App Settings (top left hamburger menu) > Settings > Advanced > Troubleshooting > Send Log Report

M365 are sync both ... on my Android device & on 3CX server ...
I have tested without sync M365 and the problem is also there with my local Android contact.
If someone call me, he's outside of my company (so not have a 3CX extension) and is number is stored in my local Android phonebook ...
If I pick up the call with 3CX Android app ... I will see the initial (ex. BI) of the contact in the photo ... but my name in recent calls.

I send you the logs.
