3cx.com has a published SPF record:

but, emails from the forum, and activation emails are coming from an ip not in this list.

thus, triggering an SPF SOFTFAIL, which might block important outbound emails, or the recipient might need to look in their junk email folder.
any 'auth' type whitelisting via spf will also fail.
