Headset recommendations

Hi all

We've been using jabra evolve 20 headsets single ear (USB) for a while and not impressed. We have to run them at 100% audio just to hear people in a normal environment.

Anyone have any headsets they like and have better noise cancellation.

We really like the Shokz bone conduction headset. It is only bluetooth [not DECT], but it is way more comfortable and you can hear normal conversations because the headset does not go in/over your ear
