Headset recommendations

Looking for a new headset. I've been using Plantronics M214C but i'm on my 4th one because the headband snaps or the cord gets damaged because it keeps turning into a rats nest even though I try to unwind/detangle after every call. It's not a big deal to replace because it's only 15 bucks but I'm just wondering what else is out there.
