We implemented 3cx in December of 2019 with mostly Yealink T46s IP phones and initially purchased the Plantronics Poly CS540 with the Yealink EHS36 hookswitch. However, I looked on Yealink's site for "certified headsets" and found that the Jabra Evolve 65 was supported with the Jabra LINK360 MS USB adapter. It functions but it doesn't pick up or drop the call from the switch on the headset. The Poly CS540 does but it required the electronic hookswitch which requires a bunch of cables to be plugged into the phone, hookswitch, and headset. This isn't preferred because it means our remote users need to plug in a bunch of cables plus the cables are unsightly. Does anyone here know of a way of adding this functionality to headsets? I probably need to post this on the Yealink forum but this forum usually has a bunch of telephony experts so I was hoping that maybe someone else has come across this issue?
