At our company we use the Samsung A13 with Android 13 and the headset Jabra Evolve2 75. The sound of the microphone with the default settings is unacceptable low. Absolutely not usable.
I tested a lot of things:
Samsung A13 + headset Jabra Evolve2 75 + 3CX = Absolutely not usable
Samsung A13 + headset Aftershokz OpenComm + 3CX = Absolutely not usable
Samsung A13 + 3CX = OK
Samsung A13 + headset Jabra Evolve2 75 = OK
Samsung A13 + headset Aftershokz OpenComm = OK
Iphone + headset Jabra Evolve2 75 + 3CX = Ok
Xiaomi + headset Jabra Evolve2 75 + 3CX = Ok
I also changed the Audio API to Automatic and turned off the echo suppression. This made the headset somewhat better. The microphone is still terrible.
I also tried to change the codec of the phone in developer settings, but this didn't help.
Can this be solved or how do we solve this?
