Hi guys, so this is problem.....
I installed in my office 3cx free on a XP machine. I added 3 Voip lines (webcalldirect, voipstunt, VoiceTrading) and 1 of Messagenet (Italy). No problmes, all work well with open ports in Fortigate.
But problems are at home !!!! Same installation but on my Vista machine. No problem of registering Messagenet, but all 3 other accounts give me always REQUEST TIMED OUT. I make a try configuring Xlite with WebcallDirect and works fine !! But with 3CX, always same error !!

I'm going crazy...........

Can you post the logs?
I'm assuming you have a consumer router of some sort at home, have you checked that all the necessary ports are open?
Have you tried using your VOIP providers STUN servers?

Voice mail help

Can some one let me know how voice mail works. I have three extensions (11,12 & 13) with multi registrations, meaning that ext 11 is also registered on phone 2 and 3. Now when I dialed 11 on phone 11 so access the voice mail, instead of going to voice mail, it rings on other phones showing that ext. 11 is calling.

Your question is completely off topic....
You were much better off opening a new thread instead of "hijacking" this one.
Dial 999 from any extension and you'll be able to check your voicemail....

Now this smells like win.FW, or the UAC. Is the 3cx and softphone on same box? And your router/gateway/FW software opened for all ports here? What about STUN port?

Refering to previous quote, is the 3cx on another box, you must route ports from you ws on to the 3cx box. (if they have diferent IP)

Agree with "touficjohn".
This is not the right place for your question.
Make your own topic.

However, have you created any ringgroups set to "Ring all"?
If so this will overrule regular extension config.

so this is log:
