Hello, there!
A few months ago I created a 3cx hosted instance with an FQDN for testing purposes then I decided to create a new one on my own private cloud with the same FQDN then I realized I was having issues with the private one once the SSL certificate got renewed with a standard license so I purchased an enterprise so my question is, Can I use the same FQDN on two instances with an enterprise license? .. If not, How can I erase the hosted instance if I'm getting an error anytime I'm trying to get the administrator password reset?
I already sent an email and is pretty frustrating that no one can help me deleting the hosted instance without having my admin username and password even when I cannot recover them because I'm not getting the email password reset, I have access to the instance manager and customer 3cx portal
I already paid for an enterprise edition and plan to add a new license, hopefully, someone can help me with my issue?
Thanks
