Solved Help provisioning a Polycom SoundStation IP 5000

Can anyone assist me with provisioning a Polycom SoundStation IP 5000?

I have an SBC and added the provisiong URL but despite factory resetting it a number of times, it doesn't appear in the Phone in the 3CX Phone System Management Console



I've had a look at the guide here but I'm not sure where this folder is on Linux / Debian SBC

C:\ProgramData\3CX\Instance1\Data\Http\Interface\provisioning\XXXXXX

I'm also unsure how to get it on firmware version 4.0.10 because my only options from Polycom are 4.0.15 or 4.0.16 unless I use a Custom server address?

There is a note informing you that these devices are EOL and can no longer be provisioned securely, something that the SBC requires.

The guide mainly applies to people who use a local PBX now, so if you still wish to use this device, the only way to do it is to provision it manually.

We no longer provide support for EOL devices.

I'm happy to provision manually but just need some guidance

Running nicely on the latest available firmware too.
