In the training last week, I sent Nicholas a link to one of the classic "Here's Lenny" telemarketer torture audios on YouTube.
I would still like to see this type of support in 3CX so that we can design route, call flow, whatever that telemarketers would end up in a Lenny environment.
For those who don't know, Lenny is a set of prerecorded audio prompts. They have typically been used on Asterisk systems which play some background noise, allow the remote party to speak, listen for silence, and then play one of the "senile old man" voice recordings.
I mean, at some point, AI would be the same type of integration, it would seem.
2021 seems to be the last thread and major question on this. Are we any closer from the developer side?
