I am using 3cx v20 I have an IP phone fanvil x1s and a w610w when I try to pick up a call to to those phones they get the call but without sound. If a phone is ringing and I want to pick up its call with the fanvil x1s I dial *8 and the fanvil gets the call with no sound also that happens with the fanvil w610w. I have another extensions with a linksys spa8000 an they with no problem can pick up the calls

In your case, both of the phones are provisioned as local, and they are in the same network as the 3CX System?

hi, yes both are provisioned as local and are in the same LAN network just that the 3cx is in a different Vlan that the fanvil phones are. Both vlans have the rights to communicate to each other. From the Vlan that the fanvils are I can acces to the 3cx windows computer and so the 3cx computer to the computer that is in the vlan where the fanvils are

Sounds like a networking issue, as your firewall might change SDP part of the invite etc. I just to try to enable PBX to deliver the audio option and see how it goes.
