Hide company phone number

Is there a way to hide the company phone book number or to conceal the number?
for example:
+ 886985-xxx-xxx

do you want this to be permanent or only when you want?
do you use a SIP trunk to call out?

if you want to do an anonymous call add *5 before number you dial
now your SIP provider can send it anyway, so if you have a sip account manager, then search if you can remove default number to be sent.

It means whether it is possible to hide the company phone book number on the webclient side or to hide the phone number

if number is in 3CX phonebook then is available to others devices connected to PBX, no way to remove or hide partially
