High CPU usage

Hello there, today we had a conectivity issue with our carrier, and now I am seeing high cpu usage, and on top tool(linux) I see this:


What is that phonesy+ createdump activity?

Hi Juan,

This process starts working if there for some reason a 3CX Service stops unexpectedly and creates a memory dump.
Could you check please in /var/lib/3cxpbx/ and see if there is a "core" or "minidump" file?
Also, what version are you running now have you installed any service packs in the past week?

Yes, both files...
I did a reboot and everything looks normal again.
