Is it possible to use Out of office hour DR with same DID even
Destinations
When office is closed route to

Digital Receptionist


299 Receptionist - OOH >>>>is set but it only play announcement but not able to go to prompt menu accordingly.. Thanks

The holiday processing will go to the destination the DID is defined. So if you have it going to your Digital Receptionist you can have a separate holiday destination and not the Out Of Office Hours destination.
