Holiday message: "BYE" appended to own recording

Hi there

I have successfuly created my own holiday message and it is working as expected with one issue: 3cx will automatically add the system prompt "BYE" (thankyou_goodbye.wav) to my own holiday message.
How can I get rid of this?

You'll probably find the call is being routed to HOL IVR when is set to end call after x seconds. Alter this routing.

You can override "Bye" with recordning silence instead.
