I am having an issue with 3CX debian on-prem

When I goto configure a holiday, I get the error:
" Year, Month, and Day parameters describe an un-representable DateTime."

I can't save.

I an running 3CX Professional v16.0.9

Any help would be appreciated

Joe

Hi @joeknows,

Did you install this debian machine using the 3CX ISO?

Which browser are you receiving the issue on?

Can you send us a screenshot of the date you're trying to enter?

Hi,
it was installed using the 3CX ISO. I know a prior tech installed a 3CX holiday import tool.
I have tried this on Edge and Chrome on different computers (inside and outside the office)

I have attached a screenshot of the error

@VoIPTools comments?

@joeknows Does this happen when you edit an imported holiday or does this happen when you add a new holiday?

I can't edit the imported holiday or create a new one.

@joeknows
Just to be clear, as the reddit thread also seems to suggest, this is being cause most likely by the importer tool you have used.
3CX does not support nor checks 3rd-party tools against each new version we release nor do we guarantee that they won't cause issues. Any and all support of your 3CX system needs to then be checked by the 3rd-party development team
I would suggest trying what was suggest in reddit (delete everything, press OK, then try to enter from the beginning).

If there is not way to correct this via the interface, there may be corrupted data in the DB as entered by this tool which we can't fix, so the 3CX recommendation in these cases is:
Re-install 3CX without restoring a backup and rebuild the system from scratch (painful, yes I know...).

So, my suggestion, try uninstalling the toll, try removing the Holiday entries manually, and if this still produces the same error, contact @VoIPTools of whom I presume the tool is to help you try and restore your system to normal operation.

That did it. I deleted all of the holiday and it just let me create a new one

Thanks

Hi @joeknows,

Glad to hear that you've managed to resolve this. If you require any further assistance, feel free to open a new thread!
