Holliday message is not played

Dear sirs,

I made a general message that will be heard by calls outside of our office hours.
For special day's i made special messages ( see attachment )
Unfortunately the special messages are not played, instead the general message is heard.
I can;t find out how the change setting to get this working the way i want.

Hope somebody can help

Make sure you have not enable specific office hours for the inbound rules.

And make sure to enable "play holiday prompt"

Maybe it has to do with this setting on extension 100, that is our general extension

That seems good, but keep in mind you are adding here "specific office hours" , you added general office hours, does this inbound rule really need specific office hours?

Np, you can as a test add like today as a holiday, and then call to see if you get the prompt.

You setup the holiday rules on the trunks, if you do not tick 'Setup up ***' if will use the default office hrs set under settings.

You need to tick 'Play holiday prompt when it's a global holiday;



All holidays settings are routed to the HOL (Holiday IVR)

Holiday settings, when you configure holidays and include a prompt - this is the prompt that will be play and not the prompt on the


If you do not include a prompt, the Holiday IVR prompt will be played.

On the Holiday IVR, you decide what happens to the call
