Honor 603 Decline and not Fail Over

Is there any way that I can prevent my outbound rule from failing over if it receives a 603. I would like it to still have the ability to fail over if it receives a 408, 480, 486, 503, or 504 but if my upstream sends a 603 decline I would like 3CX to honor it. Is there a way this can be accomplished?

This is not possible at the moment. The failover is triggered by all error codes apart from 486 Busy and 600 Busy Everywhere. Anything else will trigger the failover. There is no way to change this functionality currently.
