Hello all,

I have an instance that is registering with my SIP endpoint (telnyx) with multiple IPs every couple of minutes. Is this normal behavior?
I managed to fix the issue last night by sending all traffic to the PBX FQDN, but I was under the impression that the hosted instances are static IPs.

I guess my question is: Am I wrong for thinking that they are static IPs?
Is that the proper way to handle the traffic since the registrations kept going to different IPs?

TIA

@mistersoliz ip addresses are static.
PM me with your subscription key because I suspect you have another machine with the same
key which is alive at the moment and get the ip address of your FQDN.

Hi @mistersoliz,

Yes, your assumption is correct. We do use only static IP addresses for the hosted 3CX systems.

I am under the assumption that your subscription has 2 instances running with the same FQDN and thus your FQDN is not stable with a single IP address.

Egg on my face. I forgot I had self hosted this PBX before migrating to 3CX hosted. I just destroyed that old VM.

I need a break >_<

Thanks all

Please make sure that you restart all PBX services on your 3CX hosted system in order for your FQDN to rebind with your 3CX hosted IP address.
