Solved Hosted instance not present in reseller subscriptions and not active for test customer

I am a very limited reseller of 3CX currently have 1 install and was working with a customer on a demo in November. We got the intial setup of a hosted instance, sbc, phones complete and then they were side tracked for several months with holiday rush. Customer wants to go back to it and when I tried to connect to the FQDN it was not working.

Customer login works in https://instancemanager-portal.3cx.com but cant start/restart the machine. From my resller account I cant see the subscription. I can recreate from scratch but wanted to understand why it went away is down.

@blue46 as I can see you have only 1 machine in your account and this is Windows one so it is impossible to have Instance Manager.
Can you PM me with the license key that has the issue ?

@blue46 as per your conversation in the inbox, machine you referred to has been suspended from December due to inactivity.
You may start a new installation with a new key as this key now is not eligible to Hosting due to the fact that this key was downgraded.
