Solved Hosted PBX that run until friday now is parked and can't be restarted because it asks to "install"

Until friday the PBX was running fine, but on sunday I noticed that the client on my PC was not able to connect, so I tried to login to the management console, and the PBX is not reachable. So I went to my system console, and I notice that the server is now reported as "Self managed" and Parked even if the server is actually hosted by 3CX we are testing it for the first year. If I click on Parked the menu shows the Reboot, Restore, Start and Stop actions all disabled, so I'm not able to figure out how to put the PBX back working.
It seems also strange that on the top I find the "Install button".

Any suggestion?

@walter.zanette@euclidlabs i found someting, we commited a fix on the fly and now you must have the option to your account.
Clear cache, reload and you will see Unpark option.
Let me know please.
