Hot Doc Simultaneous ring using redirection custom field

Reposting question because i may have put it in the wrong forum:

I've been asked to enable a Simultaneous Ring, where the originator's caller id shows as ringing in a Queue/Ring Group and for an external number.

Using the 302 Deflection option on a "dummy" extension, works if the call goes directly to them, but if its in a ring group it doesn't obey the 302 deflection, even with "accept from ring groups/queues" enabled.

The SIP provider is asking for a "Diversion" header, can i add this to the SIP Trunk Template? As in: can i export their template xml, add a field for "Diversion" and then import as a custom provider? If so, would it look something like this:

<field name="ParameterOut" custom="" parameter="Diversion">$CustomField</field>

And, how dangerous is adding this field?

Hi @JuliusP_ICT the call deflection option 302 will work only for incoming calls that go directly to the user extension, calls entering to a call queue, IVR or ring group will not use the call deflection 302.

So if you plan to use this feature with a supported provider then it should enter directly to the user extension.
