Hotdesk BLF's dont always work

V20 latest update with Snom D717 plus D7C expansion. When in hotdesking mode, whilst the buttons get configured, they show no status after hotdesk login unless the phone is the rebooted. It seeems like it works the first time someone logs on, but never again until it has been rebooted. If I go into the web interface, change the button from BLF to something else and then back - it works... Very odd indeed.

It's not never again, you have to wait between 5-15 minutes and they will eventually light up.

It's just an odd behavior that Snom phones have (and more noticeable on slower models with large phone books), we have already reported this to them and some improvements were made but never fully solved.

You will have to contact Snom if you have further requests for this specific issue.
