Hi,
I am testing hotkey dialling using the 3CX asst to get my desk phone to place the call to a number when copied from a website. So far it looks like if the number string contains a dash or space, dialling still works correctly.
Are all non numeric characters ignored when the system dials?
How to you deal with systems that have to prefix numbers with a 9 for an outside line (I presume calls would fail unless the 9 is manually inserted into the number to dial by the user?)
Thanks
Paul
