Hi,
I want to have phones available for visitors to call a ring group when they arrive outside of our office/warehouse.
(S0<:803@[server IP]:5060>)
The above will dial the 803 extension when the hand set is picked up.
We will lock down the network ports to only allow the specific ports and access to the server IP address.
I have the dial plan that I want to use, but it seems every night, the phones are automatically re-provisioned and the dial plan goes back to the default. I've tried to edit each provisioning file manually, but they get reset when the phones are re-provisioned.
Is there a way to either remove these extensions from the automatic re-provision or set them up so that they save the dial plan?
The phones are Cisco SPA502G.
Thank you,
Mike
