I've ran the following to re-install:
apt-get purge 3cxpbx
apt-get update
apt-get autoremove
apt-get install 3cxpbx
The setup never asks me for a FQDN, it only asks me what my public IP address is. Once I complete the web-based configuration tool it says my FQDN is still *******.wi.3cx.us:443. How can I change the FQDN to be ******.[my domain].com:443? I thought I read that you need to reinstall to change the FQDN, however, it doesn't seem like it's possible to change it even with a reinstall.
