Hi all,

How can I change the Outbound CallerID to the number of the phone who initiated the call

I want to forward my phone calls to an number outside the organisation.

How can I change the CallerID to the original caller? Like my cellphone

I already tried to change From : Display Name and From : User Part to OriginatorCallerID
Also did the same to Remote Party ID - Called Party : Display Name and Remote Party ID - Called Party : User Part

But that did'nt work

But when I remove the default CallerID from the Outbound rule, I get an anonymous call. So I think that something is't going well with the priority.

Can you provide us with a bit more information with regards to your set up? (linked)

How are you forwarding the call outward?

I already found my problem and have solved it by myself

My outbound rule had the highest priority, so I removed the number from that rule
