How can I prevent caller from hearing VM prompts?

After the voicemail greeting plays the caller hears a message that says press # for special delivery options. How can I turn this off?

I tried to press 3 for advanced options while in the voicemail admin but it does not let me into the advanced options section. When I press 3 it just keeps playing the same loop.

Sorry, I should have explained what I mean better.

When a caller goes to my voicemail they hear my personal greeting. Immediately after my personal greeting the system says "Please leave your message after the tone, when done hang up or press the pound key for more options." I am trying to stop the system from saying anything. I want the caller to hear my greeting and go straight to leaving their message.
