Hello,
Im trying to add my vvx 411 to 3cx but the information i saw which is down bellow is leading me to nothing.
How to configure Polycom SoundPoint, SoundStation and VVX EOL models
This is the first phone im going to add to 3cx so its a router phone.

It tells me to Find the provisioning folder of your 3CX Install,It tells me to go to
C:\ProgramData\3CX\Instance1\Data\Http\Interface\provisioning\XXXXXX.
But mine looks nothing like that.Mines more like then nothing else
C:\ProgramData\3CXPhone for Windows\PhoneApp

Please can someone Help Me!!

The models that can be router phones are indicated on https://www.3cx.com/sip-phones/.

From your above link,”Note that these phones can not be used from a remote location or in combination with a 3CX in the cloud.”

Also I think the path you have is on your PC not the sever. With Free you have no direct access to the server.

Hi,
As mentioned in another post:

.. reach out to a trusted 3CX partner. They are trained to assist you. They will help you implement your configuration into production .

As I often say, just because the cake recipe is written on the box, it doesn't mean everyone, will get the same result. The outcome will vary, the taste will be different, it won't look identical, and the time needed to make it will also differ.

Even though you may find plenty of instructions to help you set up your 3CX phone system and a forum, your consultant brings their experience and will be able to anticipate certain challenges.

You will have a much better experience.

On the Free and SMB versions, only supported certain models of phones have the capabilities to be used as router phones. The Polycom phones do not have this capability.

You would need to either deploy a Router phone capable device, or a dedicated SBC device before being able to ad the Polycom phones to the SMB platform.
