How can I upgrade from FREE to SMB ?

I am looking for a 3cx partner (ideally on the ground close to me)(West of the GTA Toronto).

I am not sure what you are looking for. You are allready on 3cx free (SMB).

SMB free is now the unique option available from 3CX , so there's nothing you can upgrade from SMB.
If you need more than SMB then you have to buy a new "classic" licence and set it from scratch there's nothing that can be backuped from SMB to restore on a classic licence.
