I am new to 3CXPhone and I have added some phone numbers to my address book. However, when I try and configure softkeys for the people I have added to my address book I can't find any documentation on how to do it. I've found that I can enter a phone number in the User ID field of the Softkey and it will ring that number, but I've already entered the phone number in the address book, so I don't want to enter the same number again. I tried using the address book name in the User ID field, but this just gives an error saying "Destination not found". Is there some special syntax to do this or do I have to enter the phone details twice. If I do have to enter them twice, then what is the point of the address book as I might as well just enter all the details in the Softkeys?
