How do i delete a phone from the whole 3cx system

Hi there, i have a 3cx setup and have been testing a Fanvil phone.
i have added it to the system and i no longer need the phone and would like to delete it and use it elseware.

how the heck do i delete it from the whole system - as in delete it from the "phones" list on the left hand side..

i have deleted it from the extension, by going into the user and clicking delete phone - but cannot see where to delete from the "phones" list

am i going mad?

Hi Anton,

Edit your extension, go to the provisioning tab, and delete the phone from the "Delete" button.

Make sure to factory reset the phone too and you should be good to go.

There is also a "reject" button in the Phones page to clear out any stagnant entires.
