Hi,
The organisation I am with has started having some 3CX issues calling external line (although this is not consistent).

I am looking to get some suggestions on this, but can only post to this sub form page.
(were definitely not free customers, but pay a lot of money for this service, so not sure why I show as a 'Free User')

It all depends on the account a license key is linked to.

If your subscription is linked to your bosses account then that is the account you can post from and will show your status as a paying customer.

Hi mQhBslCoVthWi7P

in theory the partner who provided 3cx licenses to your org should be able to help you determine your entitlement for support, ie, if there are bundled support tickets, or if you get support from the partner, or something else like that. (ie, check your 3cx dashboard, see who is your partner, and who is your license owner / that info will be shown clearly).

Otherwise in general, you may be able to debug the problem a bit // directly // with a modest effort. In my experience, once 3cx is working reliably (ie, good working config) then you won't see intermittent call failures such as you describe. More likely I would track down who is the SIP trunk provider / if that was something you folks have access to (or again if that was setup and the relationship is managed by a partner who setup 3cx for you?)

ie, this week I had 2 clients on 2 different 3cx PBX systems where there were problems with inbound calling. For different reasons - but ultimately it related to "sip trunk provider has issues, or their upstream partner had issues" - so the problems were not things we could debug with 3cx, so much as - we could escalate ticket to the SIP trunk provider, ask them to dig in / they did so / and resolved problems which were identified. But 100% not in scope for "is 3cx working ok"? (ie, 3cx was working fine)

anyhow. Just a footnote in case this is remotely helpful.
