How do we complete Teams integration?

We have completed the steps to integrate M365, however, the steps to configure Teams appear to be incomplete. We are unable to determine if its not accepting the keys we generated or the FQDN. The option to Generate a Script is grayed out and we are unable to proceed to the next step.

Is this occurring on a system that previously used another product to connect to Teams, or is this a new Teams integration for the system?

Since you mentioned that the option to generate the script is grayed out, does it show any related message, for example 'Press Save to be able to download the script'? Could you please share a screenshot showing the configuration and the grayed-out option, while hiding any sensitive information?

Additionally, do you see any related entries under Admin > Event Log when saving the Teams integration configuration?
