How easy for receptionist to transfer calls from Dashboard to other extension?

Hi;

If my receptionist is using a desk phone to answer calls, if she can transfer the call from Dashboard to other extension? For example, she pick up the call from caller Mr, A from her desk phone and Mr. A want to talk to John at extension 1234, if she do not use the "Transfer" button on desk phone, can we just click on the Dashboard? If she can, can someone direct me to the right page for the steps, or you can let me know how to do?

The 3cx soft phone for the computer can do this, the switchbaord is very powerful and is made for a receptionist.

Another option if the receptionist has a BLF for the extension she's transfered to on her phone is to just hit the flashing blf and that will answer the call, or user the softphone switch board like @3cxnub said, inside the switchboard the receptionist can also drag and drop the call onto their own extension.
