Solved How many Concurrent Web meetings

Hi
I have a Professional Perpetual license and a few times user have reported that they are not able to host their meeting, when log into their webclient to start the meeting that get an error message saying that they have reached the maximum amount of participants. How many concurrent web meeting do 3cx allow..?

The number of meetings is irrelevant. What matters is the amount of WM Participants included in the license.

Hi @jsilcott,

With a Pro License, you should have access to having 100 participants. Each web meeting can have a maximum of 16 video streams and 50 audio streams with as many text participants as you'd like. If you've got a couple meetings going at once and the total of all of the participants goes over 100, you'll have this issue.
