How often does Gigaset DECT reprovision?

Hi guys,

We are using a Gigaset N870 DECT system for a lot of our customers. In our current configuration we do NOT have access to the device template that 3CX is using to provision these devices.
Sometimes when I make a change in de DECT manager (for example: change the displayname from extensionnumber to first name) the device rolls it back the next night. I think this is due to the device reprovisioning.
Is there any way to work around this? I want to keep my device provisioned, but I dont want it to reprovision so often.

All phones reprovision once a day.

If you were happy with the current configuration, and didn't expect that to change, you'd have to manually change the settings, on the phone, so that it was unable (didn't know where to go), to pick up the re-provisioning file.
